Your K. pamphlet is very handsome—a good success. We will issue another one next year.

I wish you would ask Wm H Jackson & Co., Union Square, if there is any way of curing the offensive odors sent out by the gas-logs. There is no smell when the gas is turned off, consequently there is no leak. The stench turns itself loose only when the logs are burningemendation.

The mistake was mine, not Harper’s. I will write them.
