Dear Pond—

Something I forgot. Of course we do not use in Plainfield (or wherever it is), the program which we use in New Haven. We alternate the two programs, night after night, so that we shall be familiar with both of them by the time we strike Boston.

I think, also, that we must get up a third program, & practice it on the small towns too, before we strkike Boston.

So, you better never print a program till a day or two before it is to be used.
